May 13, 2015:

 7:30 - meet at VV school - organize gear

  8:00- leave school, drive via bus (and possibly some parent vehicles) to Nanaimo, Departure Bay Ferry

 10:20 - boarding to catch 10:30am ferry to Vancouver

 12:20 - arrive in Horseshoe Bay

 1:20 - arrive at Stanley Park, walk to aquarium

 2:00 - enter aquarium - with our parent-led groups explore the various exhibits (public hours)

 5:00 - exit aquarium - meet in the big fields for dinner and play time

  8:45 - re-enter the aquarium for our overnight stay

  9:00 - orientation

 10:00 - tour and wet-labs

 11:30 - snack (Aquarium provided) and prepare for bed

 

May 14, 2015:

 12:30 - lights out, sleep time

  6:30 - wake up by aquarium staff, morning routine and pack-up

  7:00 - breakfast (Aquarium provided)

  7:30 - public areas are open to our group - explore

  8:30 - gather at meeting place and prepare to leave aquarium

  9:00 - leave aquarium

  9:30 - public transit to Science World

 10:00 - first workshop: chemistry... the rest of the groups can explore the various exhibits with their parent led group

 11:00 - OmniMax -

 12:00 - workshops and lunch break

  2:30 - leave Science World via public transit, back to Horseshoe Bay to catch ferry to Nanaimo

 4:20 - catch ferry

 6:20 - arrive in Nanimo

 6:30 - bus back to VV school

 8:00 - expected arrival - parents pick up their children
